For Questions regarding items listed for sale please contact Don 989-776-1770. Sale items can be viewed and inspected on Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm . All items purchased on the online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 3 days from the auction end date. After 3 day period since notification of win unit will be relisted in next sale. We are open for pick-up and payment Monday -Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. **Condition of online auction items** All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final.
All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. Sometimes we do know and list the condition of the items, but many times do not. Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition. Please note that if an item(s) is not paid for and picked up within 3 days from the date of the auction, unless specified otherwise in the items description or in writing from the auctioneer, the item(s) and bidder will be in default, and the item(s) may be resold by the auctioneer. Any deficiency will become the expense of the high bidder who defaulted. This amount will be immediately due and payable upon the resale of that item. The auctioneer will notify the defaulted bidder of this amount, and take any legal collection actions. the use of an attorney or collection agency for this deficiency. BUYERS FEES are as follows on all online purchases: high bids are considered legal binding contracts, therefore, cannot be removed once they are placed and all sales are final.
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2, 2023
BUYER WILL PAY $275.00 FOR EACH UNIT WON. THE SPECIAL SEMI AUCTION BUYER FEE WILL BE $500 FOR EACH UNIT WON.
BUYER WILL ALSO PAY MICHIGAN SALES TAX DOC AND TITLE FEES AS WELL. DOC FEES WILL NOT EXCEED $260.
A change in our Dynamic bidding which will be taking effect on 5/21/2018. The “Soft Close” will only activate from now on if there is an active bid placed on an item at 7:59:00 – 7:59:59 pm. If at the time of 8:00:00 pm no bids were placed between that 1 minute window, the auction item will close. If a bid is placed within that minute window the auction will extend 10 minutes. Bidding during the first 9 minutes will NOT extend your bidding time; time will extend again if a bid is place within the last 1 minute window of the extension.
1. Original Bid – 07:52pm. No-one else bids – item will close at 8:00pm
2. Original Bid – 07:52pm, 2nd bidder bids at 7:59:02pm, item will extend bidding time and close at 08:09:02pm if no-one else bids.
3. Original Bid – 07:52pm, 2nd bidder bids at 7:59:02pm, item will extend bidding time until 08:09:02pm, original bidder places another bid at 08:05:10pm, no time is added and item will close at 08:09:02pm
4. Original Bid – 07:52pm, 2nd bidder bids at 7:59:02pm, item will extend bidding time until 08:09:02pm, original bidder places another bid at 08:08:25 pm, item will extend bidding time and have a new close time of 08:18:25 pm.
This means that an items sale is contingent upon receiving the approval of the Bank, Court, Trustee or Lien Holders affiliated with that particular piece.

Note to the buyers of titled items: For Michigan residents, we are required by the State of Michigan to broker all vehicles sold. All units must be brokered through Michigan Recovery Services. We can apply for your plates and registration if you so choose. If you wish to have us do so, you MUST provide us with proof of insurance for the purchased vehicle before you can remove it from the auction site. If not, you must be prepared to tow or trailer your vehicle. The appropriate fees will be added to your invoice.
Please note that buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. Title processing may take up to 15 business days. For Out of Country buyers, the State of Michigan requires we collect 6% sales tax and transfer the title as an “In-Transit” through the Michigan Secretary of State before the title is issued to the buyer. We need all out of country buyers to contact our title dept. to start the paperwork before the item can go across the border. We will need to obtain the appropriate documents and signatures to transfer the title, this could take 3 to 5 weeks. We recommend all vehicle purchases made with the intent of taking the vehicle out of the country contact the sales department at 989-776-1770, ext. 3.
We accept cash or certified bank check made payable to Michigan Recovery Services.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if
(a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.
